The Tenses – Sleepless

This cassette contains a number of short improvised pieces played live into the phone at Smegma’s Studio in Portland to callers from L.A.’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion during The Music Center’s and Dublab’s ’Sleepless’ event between 12am to 3am on 7 November 2015. Oblivia and Ju Suk Reet Meate use a string of conventional and unconventional musical instruments plus sound samples to open up psychedelic soundscapes.
