Lago Morto is a band conceived by Italian artist Nico Vascellari as a contribution to the exhibition Rock-Paper-Scissors curated by Diedrich Diederichsen at Kunsthaus Graz in 2009. Lago Morto is - in the curator's words - "a social punk sculpture", a way "to turn the model of the cast band upside down". The band, led by Nico Vascellari, toured for fifteen days in Vittorio Veneto, Italy in non-musical venues such as a bar, an osteria, a pizzeria, a laundrette, and a video store. The CD contains all fourteen songs the band has created. The DVD contains a video registration of each of the sixteen performances of the tour plus an extra video playing all sixteen performances simultaneously. | "A Great Circle" is the title of three performances that Vascellari did in 2003 at Galleria Biagiotti Florence, Tent Rotterdam, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Monfalcone. The DVD contains video and sound material of these performances. The audio CD consists of nine tracks by Vascellari's band With Love. Nice edition in DVD jewel box.
